Being touted as the lucky leading lady with her southside film Puri Jagannath's Desh Mudru doing great business even after 150 days of run and Aap Ka Surroor working as well, pretty teenager Hansika Motwani is being looked at as the lucky lass of Bollywood after Rimi Sen. So much so that she is fondly referred as Golden Legs in south, as the film she set her feet on works wonders at the BO.

Incidentally, Hansika Motwani has now turned Hannsikaa, thanks to the numerological suggestion by Himesh. "The spelling change has worked for me," chirps the 16-year-old. "The film has made an impact and I am flooded with offers." Being the type who has her head firmly on her shoulders, Hannsikaa is being very choosy and selective. "I would rather take time but make the right choice," she avers. "I have age on my side. There is no hurry."

Starting as a child artist, she recently did a film in south before making her debut in Bollywood as a lead actress. It wasn't the site of Himesh Reshammiya taking his cap offthat evoked surprise in Aap Ka Suroor. It was Hanssika, his love intrest in the film. Earlier seen in the films like Jaago and Koi mil gaya, the former child artist has made a comeback, and dosen't quite look her age.
Google tells us she's only 15 yers old! We seek a confirmation.

Q. So How old are you?

Ans. I am 16 and studying in 11th standard at the Poddar International School.

Q. Weren't you skepticalabout playing a character much older than your age?

Ans. Do you think i look my age in the film? That will answer your question. Anyway, the camera adds a few pounds and make an actress look older.

Q. How did acting happen?

Ans. It started when i was 10, my mother discovered that i can act. She had a few contacts in the industry and my career was set. I took a break at 13 to concentrate on studies. Now I'm back.

Q. Is this your first time as a lead Heroine?

Ans. The telugu film Desa Muduru earlier this year was my debut as a Leading lady. I played the Role of a Sanyasini. It is a super hit in the south and has completed a 150-Day run in movie halls. Starting out with a Telugu film was a concious decision. I first wanted to polish my acting skills

Q. Looking at yourself on screen, which areas do you fell you still need to work on?

Ans. I definately have to loose some weight. Every Actress can find flaws in there potrayal of a particular character. I wouldn't like to discuss mine, they are only for my mother and myself to know.

Q. Do you feel older than your age?

Ans. I might have played the heroine in a film but i am still like any other teenager, you see.

Q. Is it true that you called Mallika Sherawat "Aunty" on the sets and rubbed her the wrong way?

Ans. Why would i call Mallikaji my Aunty? It's just a rumour. She was such a delight on the sets.

Now, I get really irritated when this sort of a message comes. I knew this was one of those but I wanted to check out how Orkut can pay 1 paisa after each time this message if forward. I typed Orkut has agreed to pay 1 paisa in the Google Search bar.
Most of the content of my blog is extracted from some similar blogs on the net Since after i searched for that string, i got blogsites which had info on this one paisa nonsense :

What is Colukabki by the way?
I searched again and what did I find?
Colukabki is not a disease. In fact If you try searching for this word, you might end up reading this blog !
There's no word called Colukakbi in English.
Of course, there are the more irritating ones, some of which are "If you dont forward thisdon'tu dont have a heart" and the AIDS injection wala. Or the SMS 'Sorry I couldn't ignore this message."I love my Mother" please pass this to 10 friends if you really love your mother'
If the message said, 'If you love your mother, please fwd this to yourself 10 times' would you do it ? Just because fwding a message is a matter of seconds don'ts, dont promote such nonsense among your friends.

Here's One more I got:
"Today is world's Message day send dis message to all ur friends as i have fwded you."
This is what I replied :
"Today is 'world's ch**iya day. Send this to all ch***yas n have a nice day"
Later I realised sending this message made me a Ch***ya too !

Email spam, messenger spamand now Mobile spam ? Yes, it seems. A very reasonable name.
How about an Anti-forwards Campaign? Dont just ignore such forwards. Type a reply:
"Look, I have something called a brain which actually thinks. I can donate a piece of it if you want. Stop sending me such forwards." even if he is your close friend.
Or if the Message says, "Fwd this to 10 people", have patience and send the same message to the sender 10 times instead of deleting it or being a chauvenist and sending it to 10 of your friends.
This, of course, shouldnt apply to all those hilarious and rather useful forwards.

I shall put all "those" forwards I get here from now on. I'd like to name it Stupidoscope, to measure peoples' stupidity.

Review On Aap Ka Suroor

The much awaited movie, Himesh's Debut as an actor. It was Released and Public reviws have been given.

In the movie, it may be having some of the facts of himesh's life. But the movie is more of a fiction then a Reality. HR--Himesh Reshamiya's character in the movie, was a Rock Star, who is from india. He is so famous that every one wants to do his show with him.

‘Aap Ka Surroor’ tells the story of HR , a rock star on a musical tour in Germany. He falls in love at first sight with Riaa-- Hansika Motwani, the event manager of his concert.

On the other hand, there is Ruby -- Mallika Sherawat , the partner of the organizer of the concert. Ruby is in love with HR. But he loves Riaa.


Movie is conducted in flashbacks. A flashback in a flashback. It satrts with death of Naadia Merchant. For whom himesh has been arrested, in charges for her Murder. He was caught on a sting operation done by Nadia. And movie continues, in flashbacks, when he has been thrown in a prison cell.

Convinced of HR’s guilt, Riaa’s father--Sachin Khedekar fixes her marriage with their family frends son. Now, HR has only one option: to run away from police captivity and find the real killer to prove his innocence before his ladylove is married off to someone else. Will he succeed?

Among other actors, Raj Babbar and Sachin Khedekar have very small roles. Shravan as Himesh’s sidekick is superb. Gurbaani-- Baani has also played as a frend of Ria.

Hansika has done her role better than compared to himesh, this is said by some viewers. But in my openion Himesh has also done a good job, if it is considered as his Debut movie.

Film's Music is good, Story line could have been better. Acting of all the actors are convincing. May bee This movie is not a Block buster but Worth to watch.

I have seen the Movie 1st day 1st Show.

I must say it is a nice movie worth to watch. Himesh was good too. And Hansika, she is a star, what to say much. I will publish review on this in 1 or 2 days.

I will give 4 stars to this movie. The Acting was good the theme, the shots were amazing. Video and sound quality, good. Long shots that were taken in the movie were fabulous. All did nice acting.

And guys BAANI has also done well in the movie, she can also act well. She was convincing but i am not the person to judge. It all depends on all the Viewers.

Man was i happy to see hansika. I did not blink an eye during the movie. Go & Watch the movie.

Desa Muduru

Deshamuduru has become a good hit in the tollywood insustry and bought much fame to Hansika. In this film she played female lead role. Allu Arjun played the role of hero in this film. This film was directed by Puri Jagannadh, who is a Dashing director in the industry. The producer of the film is Danayya. Excellent music was given to the
film by Chakri.Cinematography was done by Chota K Naidu. Stunts in the film are given by Vijayan.





In this film Allu Arjun is Maa tv reporter in hyderabad and he is very mischievious guy in what ever he do. Due to some small fight with Rowdys over there he goes to Himachal pradesh for hiding from every one. There he meets vaishali (Hansika) who is a Sanyasin. Vaishali is very much soft minded girl and in the starting she fights with
Allu Arjun but later by his magic fells in love with him. Bala Govind (Allu Arjun) and Vaishali plans to leave for their place and some people attacks on her and takes Vaishali with them. Bala knows this and goes to hyderabad and fights with them and Marries Vaishali.





Allu Arjun played the role as Bala Govind. Hansika Motwani as Vaishali. Chandramohan as Father of Bala govind. Subba raju as Murugesh. Pradeep Rawat as Tambi Dorai. Ramaprabha played as Ramaprabha who is head of sanyasins. Kovai Sarala as Sansayin. Ali as Swami Gudumba Shanker. Hot actress Rambha played a Item Number. Telangana Shakuntala as mother of Murugesh.




The Debut film of Hansika reached the peaks and earned alot of money.

She seems to have started bagging new offers even before release of her debut film.
She has been assigned to act opposite Raviteja in a new film to be produced by Bhagavan and Danaiah, the producers of ‘Desamuduru’. It is said that she has been paid a whooping Rs.50 Lakhs for this film.





In addition to this she is been signed up Hindi movie entitled “He” The Only One in where she will be portraying the role of a killer, hell bent on taking revenge for her family .





Hansika has also signed a Tamil film. The film is directed by Vishnuvardhan which will be a youthful love story. The story of the film is not yet revealed. The title of the film will be “Sarvam”

Early life and family

Born in Mangalore, India, Hansika has completed her 10th class. Hansika is the daughter of Pradeep Motwani and Mona Motwani. She has a brother by the name of Prashant Motwani. Although Hansika knows a number of languages, she mainly speaks Tulu and Hindi .


Career

Hansika was supposed to make her cinematic debut as a child artiste in a film entitled Yahoo which also starred Juhi Chawla and Govinda, an offer she received from Chawla who recommended her to the director after noticing her acting capabilities. Unfortunately, the film was severely delayed and was shelved, permanently.
Thanks again to Juhi, Hansika went on to do a Hyundai Santro ad with Shahrukh Khan. Soon after this, Hansika was bagged with offers, notedly from prominent Indian filmmaker Rakesh Roshan for a brief role in Koi... Mil Gaya, which also starred Hrithik Roshan and Preity Zinta. She has also done several ad films for brands like Samsung Electronics, Bournvita and Pepsi and has said that she "loves doing ad films" [1].

Prior to this, Hansika also acted in many Hindi soap operas like Ekta Kapoor's Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, a popular kids show of Sony namely Boogie Woogie , Sony TV's Hum 2 Hain Na, Des Mein Nikla Hoga Chand and Zee TV's Tum Bin, to name a few. She got her first big break after acting in Mehul Kumar's Jaago. The film, based on true events, told the story of a 10-year-old mentally challenged girl, who was raped on a local train on August 14, 2002. Though the film did not do so well at the box-office, it gained Hansika good reviews from all centres [2]. She has also done films like Hawa and Escape from Taliban, which unfortunately, bombed at the box office [1].

Hansika later went on to do the Amitabh Bachchan starrer, Hum Kaun Hai?, a remake of the Hollywood film, The Others. She played Sara, the daughter of Dimple Kapadia character in the film who suffers from extreme photosensitivity. She also played a role in Dheeraj Kumar's Aabra Ka Dabra.

She also took part in Celebrity Fame Gurukul, a singing competition among some other celebrities for charity. Though she was not a very good singer, Hansika noted that she accepted to be a part of the show because she wanted to do something for the children of Make-A-Wish Foundation [3].

Hansika made her debut as a heroine in Puri Jagannadh's Telugu film, Desamuduru opposite Allu Arjun. The film is about a crime reporter who falls in love with a sannyasi, played by Hansika [4]. She also has a Hindi film entitled He: The Only One in where she will be essaying the role of a killer, hell bent on taking revenge for her family [5]. She has also signed a Tamil film, Sarvam, directed by Vishnuvardhan which will be a youthful love story [6].
Hansika is set to debut as a leading actress in Bollywood with Himesh Reshammiya in Aap Ka Suroor - The Real Love Story. She is playing the role of Himesh Reshammiya's girlfriend Ria. The film is set for June 2007 release.
